We know that ordering things online can be difficult since you can’t try anything on, and because of that, we try our best to be return-friendly. However, we are a very small business, and whenever an item is returned, we lose money on that transaction (due to credit card fees). With that being said, we do offer returns, but we urge you to reach out to us with any questions you may have about products, sizing, etc. prior to ordering to make sure you're 100% happy with your purchase :) Ultimately, our biggest goal is to well serve our incredible customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us at within 5 days of receiving your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
•All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
•Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
•Any intimates purchased are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
•Items must be unused and in the same condition as they were upon receiving them. Original tags must also be present.
•Include your original invoice. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
•Shipping charges are not refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been received and the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment.

Ruby Wyld is not responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. You may then place an order for the desired size.
